Prisma hired SVI to perform pre-translation verification for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. SVI checks the quality and completeness of the verification step, ensuring that the required data points are correctly identified by the client's OCR software.

Prisma engaged the services of SVI for an indexing verification project. SVI performs pre-translation verification to help the client process and translate the letters sent out by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.

 

The project involves an estimated 30,000 letters per month. for the indexing work, SVI checks the quality and completeness of the verification step and validates that the require data points or indices are successfully identified by the client’s Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software.
