Taking Root in the
Sierra Madre

SVI Employees planted over 100 fruit-bearing calamansi saplings, in Barangay Mascap, Rodriguez, Rizal — carrying each sapling on foot across a rocky, ascending trail within the Sierra Madre range. The species was selected for its resilience and livelihood value to the host community.
