Data Capture for Frontline Services

Know Your Customer (KYC)

SVI verifies the authenticity of a wide range of government-issued identification documents, including but not limited to driver's licenses, national identity cards, professional licenses, postal IDs, and voter registration cards, by cross-referencing them with the issuing agency's database.

Additionally, SVI also checks the security features of the ID card to validate them, hence ensuring a fast and correct KYC process.

Digitization

SVI is implementing a Six Sigma digitization process to streamline the processing of historical and moving-forward documents.

This entails receiving softcopy documents, indexing them with an accuracy rate of 99.95%, and storing them in the Enterprise Data Warehouse. This approach ensures efficient access to documents while maintaining data integrity.

Enterprise Data Warehouse

SVI's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) serves as a central repository for storing and accessing digital documents.

The EDW can also store records from various databases, consolidating all data into one reliable source. As such, the EDW serves as the single source of truth, while keeping these digital documents organized and secure.
