SVI provided its services for digitization of the 201 files of two hundred DILG active regular employees, with roughly about 200 pages per employee folder. SVI digitization team processed the documents onsite. Steps carried out included grooming, scanning, and indexing.
SVI also provided access and use of its proprietary enterprise data warehouse customized for human resource records called H-Files. H-Files is used by DILG to facilitate the storage, categorization, and retrieval of the digitized files.
