SVI has to digitize an estimated volume of 3,000,000 pages. This would involve grooming the documents to prepare them for scanning. Index fields were to be captured to make the text in the digitized files searchable. There is also a verification step to check that the documents were scanned without issues and are indexed correctly. The digitized files were to be uploaded to the document repository of the Bureau of Treasury.
