DELOS INSURANCE COMPANY RANKED IN THE TOP PERCENTILE OF SUPER REGIONAL P/C INSURERS

NEW YORK, NY – July 8, 2008 – Program business insurer Delos Insurance Company today announced that Demotech Inc., an independent actuarial services firm that provides ratings of property/casualty insurers and title insurance underwriters, has ranked Delos #60 out of 152 in its 2008 Super Regional P/C Insurers category.

The rankings are based on the independent research Demotech conducted to classify 152 insurers and rank them by various classifications for 2008 based on year-end 2007 annual statements.

Demotech Inc. organized all property/ casualty insurers into 11 categories based on the data reported by those companies to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). The 11 categories include: nationals, near nationals, regionals, super regionals, state specialists, coverage specialists, strategic subsidiaries, risk retention groups, surplus lines carriers, reinsurers and companies with less than $1 million in direct written premium. A Super Regional P/C Insurer, according to Demotech Inc., is a company writing multiple line of insurance in multiple states.

For the year 2008, Delos Insurance Company was listed as #60 in the Super Regional P/C insurer category, out of 152 companies. This ranking was published in the June 16, 2008 edition of the Insurance Journal.
